BarberScanner is a booking and appointment platform for clients and barbers. Clients can discover barbers, view services, and book appointments. Barbers can manage availability, appointments, customer interactions, and subscription features.

When you create an account or sign in using email, password, Google, Apple, or another supported login method, we may collect your name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, role (for example, client or barber), and other profile preferences you choose to add.

Barber and shop data

If you are a barber or shop owner, we may collect business name, shop name, address, service list, pricing, opening hours, booking rules, profile images, portfolio images, descriptions, and information used to present your business listing to users.

Booking and communication data

We collect appointment-related information such as selected barber, date and time, booking status, notes, cancellation or rescheduling events, and messages you send to us for support or account help.

Payment and subscription data

If you purchase a subscription or another paid feature, we may collect payment-related information such as subscription plan, billing status, invoice references, transaction identifiers, and limited payment metadata from our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our own servers.

Device, usage, and diagnostic data
